Great River Maple Cinnamon Sugar
Great River Maple takes 100% Maple Syrup- and continues evaporating water out of their maple syrup until a fine powder remains. By replacing refined white sugar with maple sugar you can reduce the sugar in a recipe by half. Maple sugar is also a great topping for lattes, peanut butter toast or to rim cocktail glasses.
