Purple Ribbon Beef is dedicated to providing premium beef to your table.  Our beef tastes better because we pay attention to the little details as every animal is born on our farm and in our care until we deliver them to the local processor. All the animals have corn-fed diet which results in a more tender and tastier beef. In addition, when the beef is processed it is dry-aged 10-14 days. The dry-aged process allows the beef to increase in tenderness and a more beefy flavor than compared to the beef in grocery stores that is not dry-aged.

We all love something easy for dinner that everyone will love. One of our go to's is the 1/3 lb burger patties. These are perfect on those busy nights as you can take them out of the freezer and have them on the table in a few minutes.  Some love them with cheese and some love them plain! Check them out and make them how you prefer!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3lb Burger Patties 
  • Salt and Pepper (or favorite seasoning)
  • Favorite Burger Toppings
  • Butter
  • Pan to fry in 
  • Oven - Pre-Heat to 350 Degrees 

 

METHOD:

  1. Grab packages of frozen burgers out. Take as many as you need. (Pro tip 10 seconds in the microwave and they come apart) 
  2.  Season with your favorite seasoning
  3.  In a frying pan with butter sear both sides for a few minutes.
  4.  Put burgers in a glass pan in the oven at 350 degrees until burgers are  160 degrees
  5.  Add cheese and leave in oven 2 minutes to melt
  6.  Take out and top with favorite toppings and ENJOY!
