100% Spreadable maple syrup. Maple cream is concentrated maple syrup and therefore has a sweeter flavor, while having the consistency of frosting. Since there are no preservatives maple cream must be refrigerated. We ship it frozen Monday-Thursday so you will have nothing to worry about. We recommend spreading it on toast and desserts, using as a dip for fruit or as a glaze for meats. 8 ozs
